Ryze AI – Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

If you've connected your Facebook account to Ryze AI and want us to delete your data, please follow these steps:

Disconnect Ryze AI from your Facebook account:

• Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations / Apps & Websites
• Find "Ryze AI" and remove it.

Request deletion of any data stored by Ryze AI:

• Email us at support@get-ryze.ai from the same email address linked to your Facebook account.
• Use the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request".
• Include your name and the email address associated with your Ryze AI account.

Once we receive your request, we will permanently delete all Facebook-related data associated with your account from our systems within 30 days, except for any data we are required to keep for legal/financial reasons.
