Break down performance by country, state/region, and city (where available) 2. Calculate CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and spend for each location 3. Compare each location's CPA against the account average 4. Identify locations with spend >$100 and zero conversions 5. Flag locations where CPA is >50% above account average ## Location Bid Adjustments For each location: - If CPA < account avg by >20%: recommend positive adjustment (+10% to +30%) - If CPA > account avg by >50%: recommend negative adjustment (-20% to -50%) - If zero conversions after significant spend: recommend exclusion ## Output 1. How it works
Segments performance data by country, state/region, and city. Identifies locations with significant spend but poor conversion metrics. Calculates the optimal bid adjustment for each region based on CPA or ROAS performance relative to account average. Generates an exclusion list for consistently underperforming locations.
