Classify all existing content by funnel stage 2. Calculate the ratio: TOFU / MOFU / BOFU (ideal varies by business, typically 40/30/30) 3. Identify stages with gaps (usually MOFU and BOFU are under-served) 4. Check conversion paths: does TOFU content link to MOFU? Does MOFU link to BOFU? 5. Map CTAs per stage: are CTAs appropriate for the funnel stage? ## Output 1. Content inventory by funnel stage 2. Funnel distribution ratio vs. ideal 3. Gaps: stages and topics needing more content 4.
